￭소개

 

신경모델개발연구실은 복잡하고 흥미로운 뇌의 기능과 구조를 이해하기 위해 다양한 신경 모델(e.g., 신경 오가노이드, BBB/BCSFB chips, surgical animal models, 3D image analysis)을 개발하고 그 안에서 전기생리, 구조연결, 유전체 변화 등 다중 수준의 분석을 통해 뇌질환의 발병 원인/진행과정/치료-target 등에 대한 단서를 제공하는 연구를 수행하는 곳입니다. 현재 연구는 쥐 수술 모델, 인체유래 모델을 활용하여, 뇌종양, 수두증, 뇌면역에 관련된 연구 질문들을 파헤치고 있습니다.
